Welcome to kno98. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the kno98 online betting platform, available at kno98.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

kno98 is operated by an entity licensed to provide online gaming services internationally. We offer sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, and other gaming products to players in Indonesia and select jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all users, regardless of location, and form a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "You") and kno98 (the "Company", "We", "Us", "Platform").

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player to access the Platform, including all associated credentials, balances, and transaction history.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by kno98 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player's personal bank account or e-wallet into their kno98 Account balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by kno98 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and address, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the kno98 website, mobile applications, and all associated services and interfaces.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's kno98 Account balance to their personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By registering an account on kno98, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. kno98 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations in your place of residence.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities, either voluntarily or by court order, in any jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of kno98 or any affiliated entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, organization, or syndicate.

If any of the above statements are untrue, or if we discover at any time that you have provided false information during registration, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, void all bets, and forfeit any winnings or balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 KYC Verification

kno98 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Before your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter, we may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face
• Source of funds documentation, if requested

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. kno98 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kno98 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day.

4.2 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have deposited funds from an account not belonging to you, we reserve the right to freeze your Account, void all bets, and return the funds to the original source.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the Player.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the details provided during account registration.

5.2 Processing Times

Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are processed on the next business day. VIP members (Gold tier and above) receive priority processing 24/7. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to additional security checks.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are as follows:

• Bronze / Standard: Rp 50,000,000 per day
• Silver: Rp 100,000,000 per day
• Gold: Rp 200,000,000 per day
• Platinum / Diamond: No daily limit (subject to review)

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

kno98 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of Rp 15,000 per transaction. VIP members are exempt from all withdrawal fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

kno98 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotional page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by those terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough"). This means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements are:

• Welcome Bonus: 30x (deposit + bonus)
• Reload Bonus: 25x (deposit + bonus)
• Cashback: 15x (cashback amount)
• Free Spins winnings: 35x (winnings from free spins)

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%. Check the specific bonus terms for contribution rates.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kno98 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements, exploiting game errors or technical glitches, or any other form of fraudulent or unfair play. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently closed.

6.4 Maximum Bet While Playing with Bonus

When playing with an active bonus, the maximum bet per round is Rp 25,000 for slots and Rp 50,000 for table games. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Sports Betting Rules and Settlements

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by kno98. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicious betting patterns, technical errors, or bets placed after the outcome is already known (commonly known as "late betting").

7.2 Settlement and Results

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as published by the governing sports body or league. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be void unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments of play (goals, penalties, red cards, etc.).

7.3 Football Betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, etc.)

For football betting, the following standard rules apply unless otherwise stated:

• All bets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular time, including stoppage time, unless otherwise specified.
• Extra time and penalty shootouts do NOT count unless the market specifically states "including extra time".
• If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes are completed, all bets are void except for markets that have already been unconditionally determined (e.g., first goal scorer if a goal has already been scored).
• Asian Handicap bets follow standard settlement rules where a push (tie result after handicap is applied) results in stake refund.
• Outright bets on league winners, top scorer, etc. are settled based on official league standings at the end of the season. Dead heat rules apply where applicable.

8.2 Disconnections and Technical Issues

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay (live casino, slot spin, or sports bet placement), kno98 will attempt to restore your session when you reconnect. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection; kno98 is not liable for losses caused by connection issues on your end.

8.3 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Standard casino rules apply to each game (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, etc.). The dealer's decision is final. If a technical issue occurs during a live game round, the round may be cancelled and all bets refunded.

9. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

kno98 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: You can choose to self-exclude from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account.
• Account Closure: If you wish to close your account permanently, contact our support team. Account closures are irreversible.

10. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kno98 Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, process third-party payments, or engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion and Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, share information, or circumvent betting limits.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or exploiting bonus terms in bad faith.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or automated betting software to place bets on the Platform.
• Chargebacks and Payment Reversals: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank without first contacting kno98 support. Chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.
• Providing False Information: Submitting fake identification documents, providing false personal details during registration, or impersonating another person.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing or abusing kno98 staff or other players via chat, email, or any communication channel.

If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may take the following actions:

• Immediately suspend or close your Account
• Void all open bets and pending transactions
• Forfeit all balances, including winnings
• Report the activity to relevant regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kno98 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service provider outages;
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by human error or technical malfunction;
• Any content, products, or services provided by third-party game providers, payment processors, or affiliates.

In no event shall kno98's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials, is the property of kno98 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Platform or its software;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Platform.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kno98 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, you may submit a formal written complaint outlining the nature of the dispute and your proposed resolution.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the complaint process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kno98.

15. Changes to These Terms

kno98 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
